Bruce Wood’s work is part of a cultural vernacular—

impulsive dance fusion often laced with perfectly timed

humor and infused with raw emotional content.

Joseph Thalken

Returning to Dallas is acclaimed New York composer Joseph Thalken, whose theater and concert works have been performed nationally and internationally. He has composed the scores for stage musicals Harold & Maude, Was, And The Curtain Rises, and Borrowed Dust on Broadway, and in Dallas for our Chasing Home. Says Thalken, “We have a history of working together on several creative projects, and it is always a true joy to create something new with this extraordinary company.”

Sonny Franks

With a 40-year theatre career, Franks has shared the stage with greats Johnny Cash, The Gatlin Brothers, George Strait, and Jennifer Holiday, to name a few. Franks spent two years as MC and featured vocalist of the award-winning show, Country Tonite in Branson, Missouri.

Ginny Mac

Hailing from Fort Worth, Ginny Mac fronts a dynamic group that brings a fresh and exciting twist to vocal and instrumental stylings in the Country & Western Swing, Americana, Hot Jazz, and International music genres. Mac is a former member of the two-time, Grammy Award-winning group Brave Combo based in Denton. She has recorded four albums. Bruce Wood featured Ginny Mac and her combo in his 2011 work, Happy Feet.
